Version 5 - Installing the service pack in Vista 32

I get the message "Setup cannot find Ulead DVD Moviefactory 5 installed on your system" even though it is definitely there! I have tried XP compatability and admin mode to no avail. Any advice please? I have a registered version 5 installed and working OK in Vista but I want the SP as it has Core Duo support.
