Failed to create folder MF3

I just purchased MF3 disk creator, I'm having a problem immediately with
the program telling me it can not create a folder.

When I go into Create a Slideshow disk or Create a video disk-it says:
Failed to create folder "d:\my documents\Ulead DVD MovieFactory.3.0."

Can anyone help me with a fix?

BTW, can you create a folder by using Windows Explorer in your D: drive??

Is D drive an NTFS formatted drive? Is it possible your are using a user id that doesn't have permission to write to the D drive?
If so you might check your log-on/security settings on the drive.

My D: drive is Fat32...do you think it needs to be NTFS?

I have installed all updates...I have run a repair on the software
and also uninstalled completely and re-installed, still getting the same thing!

How would I change D: to NTFS?

What Windows version do you use? To use NTFS you will need Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
