I bought VS10 but forgot to download off the link for Extra Contents, Bonus Features and DVD Menu Template Pack and the link expired three weeks ago. I wrote Ulead tech support but was wondering if anybody else had to aquire/reaquire and was able without penalty.

I haven't had this issue, however others have. Go to Element5's website, and contact their customer service, explain to them your situation. I'm sure they will be able to send you a link..
