I have had MovieFactory 4.0 for years. All of a sudden when trying to import a dvd-r, I will receive a message that says: Unspecified error. Report ID: 0x80041468[5224].
I have to stop the import then. I have tried to re-install the program and that doesn't work either.
Any suggestions?

I had something similar occur a few weeks ago. The error was slightly different, but I think the cure may be the same.
