Adjust Title Area?

Can't find how to tweak the title area to fit my project.

When I add titles they look fine when previewed in VS...

When I render the title safe area resizes to the video frame and squishes/stretches my title text accordingly...

How can I force the title area to match the project/file frame size?

A search of the archives didn't turn up any results. Appreciate any input.

It's not the title safe area thats doing the resizing - that is just a guide and has no physical affect - the problem looks to me as though you have put a 4:3 title into a 16:9 project so that when you render VideoStudio is changing the format of your title - try checking all of your settings. The picture in your top image should at least stretch fully side to side in the preview screen (although you may see black bars top and bottom) if you use the correct settings
