Warp tool

I have recently purchased V12 of PhotoImpact. In earlier versions the warp tool gave me good service for selectively treating some areas of my picture, but it seems to have disappeared from the latest version. Is there some way that tool's functions can be used in PI12?

In PI12 you can goto

Effect -> Distort -> Creative Transform

or try

Effect -> Distort -> Creative Warp
