Watching a DVD on tv

Hi guys,
I used Ulead VS10 for creating a dvd with menus, when i play it on my tv i cannot see all the image, it is trimmed, and i don't know hot to create a dvd where the entire image is on the tv window..
if someone can help me, please answer!
