Hello, I must acquire one vhs. I want to set up in the shielded capture video, optimal quality dvd. The program but me schism in automatic rifle MPEG. The plan is set up on optimal quality dvd. What happens? The versioe it is the 3.0
This probably has something to do with your capture hardware. If your hardware has a built in hardware-MPEG encoder, it may be low-quality.
If you are using a PCI capture card or USB capture device, it may have come with it's own software, and you should use that special software for capture.
If you are using a MiniDV camera for analog-to-digital conversion, capture to AVI/DV, and convert to MPEG later.
