Please help me ! having probleme with 16/9 dvd autoring

my dvd player is panasonic dvd-rp56 and i was check all my menu and i cant fin that, do you meen that my dvd i waas burn is ok but my dvd player ( panasonic ) cant see the 16x9 ? i was shiped this disc to my customer and he to cant se the 16x9 screnn.

Have you played a Retail Widescreen DVD in that DVD Player? Did a Retail / Hollywood Widescreen DVD Play as widescreen

Also, keep in mind that the MENUS will always be 4:3 (DVD WS cannot do 16:9 menus). But when you play the video, is the VIDEO also 4:3, or does the VIDEO playback as 16:9

with my bad english i dont sure that i undustand your question, i put your question a traductor and ouffff...

i have a tvhd sharp aquos 32 inch with mu dvd player panasonic, if i undestand that you meen, i know the dvd software cant make 16x9 dvd menu but if i have one vide encoded in format 16x9 it supose to play full screen on 16x9 mode ?
