I have been working on a DVD which has chapters of slideshows of a trip I went on overseas. The project has chapters with slideshow of photos and audio files attached. There are also video files as well. Yesterday I had almost finished and was working on the main menu. I was adding the names for the chapters and in the case of the movies changing to a more suitable name rather than the file name. After almost finishing I saved the project.
Now once I came to reopen the project to continue working on it I got a message window stating the following;
"The project cannot be opened, because there are unlinked slideshow titles. These titles need to be relinked in order for the project to be opened."
I keep trying to open the file and this is what keeps on appearing. I have no idea how to solve this problem as I cannot open the file to do what it is telling me to do.
Can anyone please help me or tell me what to do??? It is really frustrating as I have spent endless hours working on this project and I am almost finished. I have sent off a form to Technical Support and as yet have not yet heard back. I am freaking out that the project is now stuffed and all the endless hours of work are lost.
PLEASE HELP!

When the relink error message is shown, clicks on OK and it should show up some message box to ask for the relink file name.
If that does not appear, then the project file you save might get corrupted and you might need to create a new project to redo the job.
Maybe you need to do some hard disk and memory checking to know if your system has issues on writing files....
Sorry if I did not help.

If this one is the only one you cannot open, then I guess the project file is corrupted and there's nothing you can do to get it back (sorry if that hurts).
That's why some video / DVD professionals will do frequent project savings when they made their projects to some milestones. If one of the project files is corrupted, they can re-start from the last unbroken project file very quickly.
Sorry if I did not help.
