Is there any way to make more chapters than 20?? in dvd workshop

You should be able to make up to 99 chapters per title. (And, up to 99 titles per DVD.)

Those are the limits of the DVD spec.

What version are you using? (This could be a trial-version limit.)

There may be a limit to the number of menu-buttons on a menu-page.... I'm not sure about that... Whenever I've had that many chapters, I've used sub-menus (and sometimes "extra" chapter-points that were not linked to buttons).

Agreed with DVDDoug -- 20-chapter limit is on the TRIAL
DVD Workshop 2.0 Trial Limitations

Regular and Express versions allow up to 99
DVD WS 2 Full vs. Express

A 4:3 Menu has a limit of 36 Buttons (16:9 Menus have a limit of 18, but DWS doesn't do 16:9 Menus).
