Make sure that in the Audio track, the file is not shorter that the video track; if that is the case, you may need to add another audio file at the end but Crossfading; use the microphone track for 1 mp3 y the music track other mp3) or make your clips shorter.

Hope this solve your problem

You may see the lenght are the same, but remenber most mp3 (if not every) have a silence of 2,3 sec at the end after fading 4,5 sec. Therefore, click under Audio edit and see if the audio files have that empty gap at the end.

Properties of the last audio file?

You might need to convert the audio file to WAVE format first before you edit it in VS.
