Anybody been in contact with Ulead direct recently?

As it says, has anyone - moderators, beta testers - been able to contact their programme manager or a Ulead employee in the last week?

I was in the middle of sorting a problem with mine, and all of a sudden emails to my pm and two tech support are bouncing back.

HT my problem is with Movie Factory 5, I'll tell it in the MF forum.

Do they use there email addresses as their msn contacts?

No, most of them do not use their e-mail addresses as MSN contacts. They use other accounts.

I made contact with one of the Ulead Staff last night using one of their standard @ulead.com.tw addresses and had no problems and received a reply from the member of staff concerning a problem with this forum appearing to be stuck for several hours.

Still no joy with me.
I've renewed my ip address in case that was blocked, thankfully George sent an email to his contacts and it's been cc'd to my area and I'm hopefully going to get a call.
