Cropping a video

I would like to crop a video before putting it to dvd. What I want to do though is crop off of the bottom of the video not the sides, etc... IS this possible to do. If your product will do it, I will buy it.

Yes, the "Cropping" filter can do that :)

Customize the filter -- make the width and height 100%, and grab the "cross" and move it up (to crop the bottom). On the current key-frame, rt-click/Copy and Paste to All.
