Problem with UVS service pack 1

Hi all, I installed service pack uvs10_SP1_5in1_tbyb and now I can't open Ulead. All I get is a Security dialogue box message 'unable to load the library TBYB'.

My version is UVS10 plus is this the problem? if not can anyone tell me how to remove this Service Pack if not I will have to try System Restore.

I'm not quite sure from your post Roy whether you have the full (and paid for) copy of version 10+ or the free Try Before You Buy version - you have installed the TBYB patch and that could be the problem if you have the full version - you need the patch for the full version (UVS10_SP1_5in1.exe)

I would think the answer to your current problem is a system restore .

Hi Brian yes your quire right I've clicked on the wrong version. Since I've nothing to lose now I'll try and install the correct one and see what happens, before I restore, fingers crossed and over the top.!!

Update installing on top didn't work Sys restore did then correct file loaded.

Roy..great minds think alike...don't feel bad about downloading the wrong version of the new service pack one for UVS10plus.

I did the same thing and kept getting the missing TBYB library error....
Then by chance stumbled upon the correct version of the UVS10 service pack
