Problem Burning

I am trying to burn a DVD slideshow I created with MP3 music files and I am having a ton of problems! I have installed all of the patches available and nothing works. I even saved as a video file and tried to burn using Windows Media Player and I still cannot burn. Has anyone experienced similar problems? Any suggesions on how to fix this? I emailed Customer Service but no response yet. This is so frustrating. :twisted:

Welcome to the web board. Could you please quote the error message(s) you're getting and/or describe the details of your burning failure (at what point does the failure occur, etc.)?
