First I saw a picture, now no picture

Please help!

I have made 3 DVDs with this software. Now, I was capturing from my VCR today, and suddenly the picture went away. If I press FF while still playing the VCR, I can see the picture. But on regular play, I just get a blue screen.

Any suggestions?
