Hey Guys,
I'm tearing my hair out here, hope you can help!
I'm trying to make a Main Menu with two options - Play All and Select Scenes.
What I'd like to do is, rather than make the text into the button for selecting the options, I'd like to have a little gif image which is the button to select which of the two I'd like -in this case it's a nativity play so I have a little angel gif.
So I've put one little angel next to each option - but what I'd like is to make it so that you don't see the angel unless you highlight that button! So the angel would appear to move up and down when you press to move between the options.
Now I could have sworn I managed to do this once last year by somewhow using the 'hidden button' option but I've been trying to do it again and I have no idea how I did it!
Anyone got any ideas?
I'm using a white background, text is red and the angel gif is basically multicoloured!
Cheers
James
Menu buttons hidden until selected?
I think there are probably a lot of ways of doing this kind of thing. One way would be to have three identical menus, except one would have the angel in position 1, one in position 2 and the start-up one with no apparent angels. Hovering over a hidden button with a 1 second "expiry time" would take you to the appropriate menu with one angel visible etc.

I think you are asking how to add a highlight to a button so that the selected button displays an image of an angel.
On the Menu page, select the button tab.
In the library manager select Highlight images.
Drag a highlight image onto the button (or linked text)
this fastens that highlight image accordingly. Once fastened you can now move it away to wherever you like it.

Agree with Steve on how to setup a highlight image. You should be careful if you plan to move it that you do not overlap other buttons/highlights. Also, you won't get a multicoulored image when it highlights...sjj1805 wrote:Once fastened you can now move it away to wherever you like it.
