Audio Video out of syncronization

I am having a problem when burning my DVD. The first and sometimes second clip burn fine but any subsequent clips have a problem syncing the audio with the video. I can view each clip prior to burning and all seems ok. However when I try to burn I end up with the audio 15seconds behind the video
