Video Filters Keep Disappearing

My video filters (croping, etc.) have diasppeared again in VideoStudio 10 Plus on the Library Menu. The file folder is still there on the dard drive with the filter files present. I asked Ulead technical support what to do but so far no response.

The last time this happened, I had to uninstall and re-install the program.

Any way I can get them back without having to re-install?

Cehkia..this has happened to me in the past several times and had to do a repair installaion to get the filter back. But, after installing the ulead service pack 1 for UVS10plus..that problem has not resurfaced.

Thanks, I'll try this. I've applied SP1 but this happened again. It is unfortunate that Ulead does not seem to know how to fix this.

It might be a good idea, to head over to Ulead's website and post a complaint with Tech Support Services. Maybe they are not aware that this has been happening to so many people. Go HERE, click on the link that says"Ulead Technical Support Form", and fill it out.

Yep good idea, I have not encountered this problem, but am aware from various postings.
There are also other pages of the library that seem to disappear for no reason, with a similar fix.

Strange why it happens to some and not all.
