I have a video totally prepared and ready to burn. It is 1.61 GB and the Moviefactory preview plays it very well. However, when I try to burn to the DVD I get an error message, "Convert step got some problems. (4102)" Can someone help me figure out what it cannot convert? I have a mixture of avi files and jpeg and tif still pictures, plus titles and music.
I can't seem to find a reference to this error message anyplace in Moviefactory. Not even in Getting Results.
Thanks for your help.

Jim,
You didn't mention any of the required details.
If its MF4 you probably need the fixes. You could also install and then remove the MF5+ trial to update several shared Ulead modules of MF4.
Besides, you have a mixture of source material without mentioning *any* details (AVI is just a file type but says nothing about the contents), TIF has several variants, etc. etc.
I would try each source file separately to see which one MF doesn't like, using the export function of MF to test. Then a workaround could be used to convert that file to a different format or using different options before using it.
If you search here for the message you posted, using all terms, you get several detailed threads with answers: Convert step got some problems

If I may add to what snoops said...
AVI is a "container" or "wrapper" format. It can contain anything from DivX (highly compressed) to DV (lightly compressed). The highly compressed formats seem to cause the most trouble.
Somtimes there is some slight file corruption. The file plays OK, but the little glitch causes Ulead to choke when it tries to re-code it. (There may be other causes besides corrupt files.)
The same is true of audio files. WAV files (uncompressed) almost always work, but MP3s sometimes cause trouble.
At least one person has reported trouble with TIF files, although they are not highly compressed.
Once you determine which file(s) are giving you trouble, you may need to convert them to a different less-compressed format with a 3rd-party program. If the TIF file is a problem, try converting it to a bitmap (BMP).
