Is there any plug ins available to create slow motion effects in visual studio 10

VIDEO thats VIDEO Studio 10 already supports slow motion as well as fast motion you do not need a 'plug-in'

Look for the icon "Playback speed" in the information panel above the right hand end of the timeline.

Visual Studio is a Microsoft product - don't know what that can do
