No customer support from ULEAD
I've been using ULEAD Studio 8 and then 9; I purchased 10 .. What a mistake. So many problems especially when trying to save work. I took it off and went back to version 9. NO PROLEMS. I contacted C/S and asked for a refund of money they send to to an address "webshop@ ... "; I've sent them several email -- but no response .. BUYER BEWARE .. I'll never buy from them again.

I don't know what C.S. stands for nor what the email address 'Webshop@' might have been -- nor, I hasten to add, do I work for InterVideo Ulead...
But you don't honestly expect to get a refund for software, do you? If they started doing that, everyone would simply buy software, copy it and the key, and then take it back for a refund!
I am glad your version 9 works well. VS10 also works well for a large number of people. Maybe if you had come here with your problems with VS10, someone may have been able to help you...

I do not think the so call "Webshop@" address is from Ulead.
