Videostudio 10 encode better in batch mode, why?

I have captured analog vhs avi (Huffyuv v2.1.1 codec) with videostudio 10, when encode 1 min. video to mpeg with this settings, in batch and normal mode, I get better results in batch mode, why is this?

Encoded to this settings:

MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
Upper Field First
(DVD-PAL), 4:3
Video data rate: 8000 kbps
LPCM Audio, 48000 Hz, Stereo

This are the results in bitrate viewer:

Batch encode videostudio 10:
Bitrate: 6386
Q.level: 1.85

normal encode videostudio 10 (share\create video file):
Bitrate: 6363
Q.level: 3.69

U can see, that the Q.level is higer in the normal mode, why is this?

and this is the complete information from the bitrate viewer:

Num. of picture read: 1277
Stream type: MPEG-2 MP@ML CBR
Resolution: 720*576
