Video data rate: Variable (Max. 7000 kbps)
Audio data rate: 256 kbps

That helps -- can you create a small test project using just that single file you listed (make sure "do not convert compliant mpeg files" is selected, and output to dvd folders on your hard drive)
What are your project properties
Also, are you using TRIAL versions, or "lite" or "SE" versions of the software
Regards,
George

Failed to create vob folder
Hello George.
It worked ok using the single clip. I am using version 5.30.0107.0 of Moviefactory 5 plus which I bought and downloaded from ulead, but I have had the same problem with Moviefactory 4.
Thanks for the help. I'll try more clips and see if it fails.
Dave
