What type of source files are you dealing with -- can you list their properties :?:

Hi George. This is the properties of one of the files. Does this help?

MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
(DVD-PAL), 16:9
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 7000 kbps)
Audio data rate: 256 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)

Thank you

That helps -- can you create a small test project using just that single file you listed (make sure "do not convert compliant mpeg files" is selected, and output to dvd folders on your hard drive) :?:

What are your project properties :?:

Also, are you using TRIAL versions, or "lite" or "SE" versions of the software :?:

Hello George.

It worked ok using the single clip. I am using version 5.30.0107.0 of Moviefactory 5 plus which I bought and downloaded from ulead, but I have had the same problem with Moviefactory 4.

Thanks for the help. I'll try more clips and see if it fails.

Hello again

It seems to be certain clips that are causing the problem.

Thanks for the help
