Ulead Window

Hope that someone out there can help.
A while back I downloaded Photo Impact 12 and photo explorer. I deleted them a few weeks ago.

But ever since I downloaded them, as soon as I start the computer I got a Ulead Window popping up, inside the window there¡¦s a file ¡V Common clicking it opens Bin clicking it opens uAgent service.dll this can¡¦t be opened.
In the properties of uAgent service.dll is ¡Vfile ver 1.0.1.3 prod ver 9,0,0,0
I tried to delete each of the file but the Ulead window still pops up, I left it as I believed that when I deleted the software it would also be deleted, but it still pops up how can I remove it.

Can anybody help or point me in the right direction.

Install it again and then use the Windows Control Panel to remove it again.
Failing that use our uninstallation procedure
