Problems with DVD EZMAKER PRO PCI and Hauppage WinTV

I have a lot of problems with the drivers of both cards: I can't capture with VideoStudio 7 SE from EZMAKER PROC PCI with the drivers of both cards installed. The system doesn't find the correct driver or tell me the card is in use.
With MovieFactory 2 SE I can capture video with Ezmaker Pro PCI without problems.

I'm using Intel P4 2.8G Presscot, 768 MB RAM, 250 GB HDD and WinXP SP1.

Any idea?

Another question:

I've got VideoStudio 8 too and the problem is the same. In this case Ulead tell me that there's no support for this card in version 8.

Any idea?

in the capture screen.

do you see in the left hand side a device?

if so there should be a drop down box.

if i do (or did this on my last pc) i can see either a DV device (JVC Camcorder), AVermedia (dont use it!) card or Pinnacle DV Capture device, albeit not at the same time.

you may wish to disable one of the devices as there could be a conflict of resources.

to do this go to control panel>system>hardware devices.

locate one of the cards and disable it.

I apologize for the delay. Thanks for yor answer.

I can't change the device because the dropdown box is disabled.

I'm looking for time, now, to remove the WinTV card and to try again. But this is not the solution I'd like.
