Import Disc to a specific folder

Currently import a mini DVD disc copyies the mpgs to:
"My Documents/Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5/"

A great option would let the user choose where they go so we can better control file clutter. We could also name folders to match the project.

I am curious as to why you can do that when "capturing" video via the fire wire but not when "importing" via mini DVD disc.

There are alot more DVD disc cameras out there...

Open up MF5, and Hit F6, what do you have for Working Folder

DMF5+ just does not give an option for this one. I even searched the registry and all the ini files I could find (DMF5+ has a boat load) and could not find a fix. I believe it could be hard wired into a dynamic link library (dll) file.

that's interesting, when I specify the working folder, that's where my Imports go

Wait, is it because we are Importing from a different screen? I go into the MF5 Authoring program (not the initial startup screen). I then use the Disc Icon to Import from dvd, and that is when they go into the folder I designated (in a sub folder for Captures).
