GIF Creator Trial Download

Hello

I have downloaded the GIF Creator Trial which installs correctly, but when I try to run it gives a windows error and then shuts down. My system is Windows XP with SP2. I have tried it on two other computers and the same error occurs.

You probably have a faulty download. Try downloading it again.

I have downloaded a couple of times and I get the same error. The error signature is:

AppName: ga_main.exe AppVer: 5.0.5.0 ModName: sonicmpgvout.004
ModVer: 1.3.19.0 Offset: 00076454

I noticed that the system requirements state Windows ME. Looks like this product hasn't been updated for XP.

Noting the error message you got, try the solution posted at the top of the forum.

It works just fine with Windows XP. But some video codecs are not compatible. Thus the reference to "sonicmpgvout.004" in your error message.
