PI Contest Winners and Prizes

I was one of the 2nd/3rd prize winners in the contest held last fall. I received notice of winning on December 8 and responded with my prize choice on December 11. I never received a response from Ulead. I have since written back on December 19 and 29, January 4 and 14 and, of course, have heard nothing in return. Does anybody here know a good reason for this lack of response?

It's not that I need the chosen prize but, it's down to principle and good business practice/customer service which has not been exhibited here.

I have forwarded your response onto Ulead with a request that they reply to you directly.
