Velojet, when I "Remove" a chapter, is the contents of the chapter deleted or added onto the previous or next chapter?
Just to add my two cents worth to what GeorgeW has written:

'Chapters' are really just markers in the movie - think of them like bookmarks in a book, slipped in at particular points that you want to be able to refer to or read from. Take one out and you just keep reading (viewing) straight through from the previous chapter marker - so that's how two consecutive chapters can be combined.

'Chapter' is a bit of a misleading term because it make you think of a whole segment of a book - and if you remove that, it would take out that entire segment. But DVD 'chapters' aren't like that - and that's why I called them 'chapter markers' in my original post (MF uses the term 'chapter points').

If you want to apply the term 'chapters' in the book sense (whole segments) to a DVD movie, you need to use the term 'clips'. Removing a clip really does delete a whole segment of frames (from the movie you're making, though not from the original file).

I hope this clarifies rather than confuses! Feel free to ask further questions!
