VideoStudio Demo & Training Videos

now available in video format online wrote:I have now found time to convert and upload these and also the VideoStudio 9 training videos from the Ulead site to VEOH.

VideoStudio 9 training videos:

VideoStudio 10 training videos:
The following collection of videos was originally one single large video spanning approx 22 minutes. It was created by Ulead for the purpose of demonstrating VideoStudio 10+ to the Press prior to its release to the public.

I was fortunate enough to be supplied with a copy of the video and immediately I saw its potential as not just a demonstration of the product but also as a learning tool.

The full range of VideoStudio is covered including
VideoStudio Editor
Movie Wizard
DV to DVD Wizard.

It spans the process of capturing video to multiple timeline editing, sharing your video and authoring a DVD that can later be played in your standalone DVD player.

I split the video up into smaller sections for the following reasons:
1. The original 22 minute video was in MPEG format consumed 710MB of disc space - somewhat large for a single download.
2. Problems finding somewhere to upload such a large file for mass downloading.
3. By splitting the video up into smaller parts members can download the videos a part at a time, or only the part(s) they may be interested in.

The videos have been converted to DivX format due to the relatively small file size but good quality when sharing via the internet. I have retained the original NTSC dimensions.

I hope that members find these videos enjoyable and useful.

Thanks.

I have download the recommended file DiVx. It worked. Furthermore, the window Media player 11 work perfectly right. And I don;t understand why.

Will there be a problem if I uninstalled DIVx player later on and cause a complication to the media player not to work.

As far as I know you can uninstall the DivX player, all you need is to have the codec on your system.

Kindly bear with me for asking this stupid quetsions.

I installed the DIxv player and I did not installed any Codec package. I making assumptions that DixV installed those codec code by default, automatically into the system. I do not know where it is been located !!!

Hopefully, uninstalling the DIvx player, it will be still there. Am I correct to interpret your sentence.

Installing the DivX player automatically installed the codec.
You will have to use trial and error to see if it remains after removing the player - I have a very large hard drive system and so haven't had the need to removed the player.

Sigh.... if only I had more time.
I have some annual leave coming up next month, first bit of annual leave since last June. Unfortunately my wife has instructed me that I have some decorating to do.

Currently negotiations are taking place to hold another forum competition with a theme of creating some tutorials. So ladies and gents get your thinking caps on.
