More than happy with the results of VS9, however as im a sucker for all things new etc etc...and having scratched my VS9!..bought VS10+...and as yet am still figuring out what to do with it.
The mini booklet is near useless, and im at a loss regarding this forums updated VS10 info..suppose theres so much good info out there split between so many decent threads..hard to keep up with it all.
Wheres the video tutorial which VS9 had? Aside from that impressive skiing show.
A couple of other simple questions, noticed along with VS10 came a few video shots such as 'the end', 'to be continued'..all very fancy looking..done with 3dcool ?...can i use these? change the wording?
Now that its got 5.1 surround sound and HD and 'real' widescreen...well, ok so i realise im not able to use HD, but is it worth setting up a surround sound setup? and widescreen? came a cropper with VS9..wanting the beginning part to be widecreen then the proper movie starts in normal aspect...tried and took the advice from others on here..all to little effect...I really just dont get the advantages of 'never burn anything whilst in timeline' ( i did this time and again and - to me - the quality always looked the same and worked no problems ) ...and to render first..the quality just didnt seem as good doing it this way.
And, this capture business..so, made it avi, captured..up pops in the library whether i like it or not when i go to Edit...the thumbnail..now i know from previous expericance...end up with way too many thumbnails after a while...SO - how do you capture something and put it directly into a specfic folder....so that once finished with - you can perm. delete the footage from the folder? Any takers?
A 100 more questions all as dumb as this to ask but for now i will continue to scout around this forum to pick up bits n bobs...so..where can i find that Burger transistion? and any other freebies i show be adding to my VS10?
just upgraded to VS10+...so...where do i begin??
