Hi -

I purchased a USB Video Grabber that was bundled with the above software. I installed onto a Windows XP system with all the latest updates from MS. The installation went fine and I've rebooted my machine and connected the Grabber to a VideoRecorder. When I press "Capture Video" a window titled "ULEAD Directshow Capture PlugIN" appears with the following "No input signal or signal is unclear. Do you want to continue to capture?" at which point I say no.

I checked device manager and all looks good.

Is your video source playing before you try to capture

I found my problem. The video recorder has front and rear A/V jacks and I was plugged into the one's that wre not active.

Hi

The above initial post from surfndude44, is similar to the problem I am having at the moment. My plugs are in the correct places in my camcorder, but still it give this warning.

help please.
