Importing audio
I'm a new user of VS10Plus. 1.) There appears to be no help file, correct? 2.) I'm trying to import audios, and am not sure what formats VS10 allows, and how to convert others, such as .mid ?

You can download the manual from the Ulead web site. It should tell you what formats VS can handle.
A caveat . . . I don't think you can import a mid/midi file very well. Seems to me you have to "record" it into another format (i.e. - WAV or MP3 ) and import that into VS. At least that's the way it used to be . . .
Good luck,

LGO is correct on both counts. If you are using the trial version of VS10+, the help file is not include for size reasons (to keep the download as small as possible). But the Manual in effect is identical to the Help file anyway.
And no, MIDI files are not an acceptable audio format for VS. You will have to use a third party audio editing program to convert them. I would suggest you use the standard .wav format. While VS can certainly handle MP3 files, some mp3 codecs sometimes produce music which causes a conflict in VS (notably the LameMP3 codec which is, I understand, used by Nero amongst other software.)
