Hello forum members,
I recently purchased a new HDV camera so i went to upgrade my ulead video studio 9 and download video studio 10. I had this program before i bought the camera and has used up the trial period. I recieved my activation code but when i enter it im being told it is incorrect. Can anyone help me with this and maybe tell me why that might be.

Did you buy the full version after you used the trial version? If that is the case, the consensus on this board is NOT TO ACTIVATE THE TRIAL VERSION. Uninstall the trial version and install the full version instead. Did you get the boxed version or the ESD download?
