Sports Highlights

I been using Imovie for my highlights but my Mac is slow and my new PC blazes. So.....How do I find plug ins to do things like arrow point. draw circles and shadow peepholes? Imovie had dozens of effects like that but having a hard time figuring out how to do it in Ulead...HELP!!!!
