Problem with mcmpgdec.dll. It crashes

Hi, my problem is that after a while of capturing from a video vhs with the board that comes with the dvd ezmaker pro and with videoStudio 7.0 it crashes.
It comes out an error with the file Mod Name: mcmpgdec.dll; Mod Ver: 1.1.1.38, Offset:0005a25c and it says that if I want to send the error.

What can the problem be? One more thing, the last part of the installation of the board has never been possible to do: the crossbar. I don't know for what is it needed, but apparently it works without that. I've been able to capture and burn a dvds sometimes, but mostly all the times this error comes out.
