Video studio close down for unknown reason

Why would video studio close down if i did not ask it to? its when i try to burn a dvd?

Ken -- as it is one Ken to another, I will be nice. :lol: But think about it... Would you be able to help anyone if they came to you and said 'my car doesn't work -- why not?', especially if you could not even see that car? You have provided not one bit of hard information we can base a reply on... :cry: :roll:

How exactly were you trying to burn a DVD -- what was the format of the files you were using? Where did they come from (how exactly were they captured)? What equipment was involved? What editing did you do to them? After editing, did you first produce a DVD-compatible mpeg-2 or did you jump straight from the project in the timeline to the burning module? What version of Video Studio are you using? What is your operating system? And last but certainly not least, what are your computer specifications?

Also, do you have the Nero suite or Roxio Easy Media Creator suite on your computer? (They each contain a program which, if installed, can deny access to your burner to other programs.)
