Video Studio titles

Post by gnanas »

Hi,

I have been downloading images and designing a slide show in VS10plus.

I have also made captions under title track to go with the images.. Whenever I add a new image or adjust the timeline my titles track is out of alignment with the images and I have to spent considerable time reajusting the titles. Is there a method or procedure to lock the titles to the images or video clips. so that any future addition of images or video clips will not affect the titles already aligned with existing images

Hi, Siva

Have you tried switching on the Ripple Editor?
If you switch it on for the tracks you are using, the images and the titles should move together whenever you insert or delete another image.

ripple editing

Also,
apart from enabling ripple edit, try to get into the habit of a workfow where you capture, edit, insert, delete images/clips,and add titles then music
in that order
