Error Signature Photo Explorer

Ulead Photo Explorer has encountered a problem error signature:

AppName:pex.exe, AppVer.8.6.00, MadName:uexifib. dll, ModVer:10.0.0.0, Offsed:000088d2

Please help......I could not get tech support.

Which possible reason for this would you want us to guess on first?

Could be it's a Windows problem. I had such errors with different programs when one of my RAM memory sticks got faulty.
