Placing a still pic behind a video

I am conducting an interview and want to know how to place a still pic behind or next to the person conducting the interview? Please help. Thank you. I am using MSP 7

To do it "Behind" will involve some sort of green/blue screening (you tape your subject in front of a solid color, and then replace the color in your editing stage). But to just put a picture next to a person (like a Pincture-in-Picture), you can apply a Moving Path (2D) on the small picture, and add it to your project where you need it...
