Hi
I have recently had a problem were I the video filter option has disapeared and I was told to reinstall video studio.
But I can't find were I put my disc for it, I have the booklet but since it was a while back I cant remeber were I put the disc.
I will still have my reciept to prove i bought it on the history of the site I bought it from, any ideas on what I should do.
Thanks

Hi
Unfortunate
What version of video studio?
Did you register the product with Ulead?
Did you buy from Ulead?
If an old version consider upgrading to VS 10
I would contact Ulead Customer Support, you never know?
Sorry I can¡¦t be more constructive, but you really need to find the disc.
Regards
Trevor

You may not have to reinstall. The following post provides a fix: http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... eo+filters

Hi Jeff
Nice one, there have been several similar posts regarding missing library pages.
The cure being similar. Deleting the file and allowing VS to install the default.
I have never had this problem, wonder why it happens to some and not others.
Suppose that¡¦s computers for you!

If Jeff¡¦s advice cures your problem, you still need to find that disc.

It has happened to me once, and using the Repair feature from the disk cured the problem (before the post about the fix). Hasn't happened to me since.
