ATI Capturing

I just updated to 9.15 tv on my 9600 all in wonder. In my last version i was able to look on digitalfaq.com and get good capture settings in mpeg2. Unfortunately many settings have changed in the update for example no gop setting. I also have software or hardware encoding options under software capturing is very bad. Under hardware I can't go under 4.0 mb per second wich is a problem for any extended time of capturing. Any help would be very appreciated.

I think i may just do that. The upgrade in whole seems to be working fine i just lost some settings that seemed to be important. I guess if it isn't broke don't fix it right?
