Can anybody tell me what this error means?
I searched the knowledge base with no luck.
This happens when I try to burn a disk using Ulead VS 8.
It happens right at the end of the process right before the burn happens,
Thanks

Sometimes two heads are better than one.
Putting the entire error message in resulted in zero hits so I cut off the initial part and searched for SPTI-04-02-05-20-00

The error indicates your burner is having some hardware error and might need to get checked by the manufacturer. I guess the device is going to be faulty in a short time....

FYI i caused this problem when I mistakenly installed Raid drivers after the OS install. I uninstalled them and rebooted and, the comp recognized a whole bunch of stuff including the drive.
