Hi
You can save an image by Clip-save as still image- this will save the original clip
or
Tools-Save Current frame as image--this will save the whole frame
both save the images to your Working Folder
To locate your Working Folder
File - Preferences-Working Folder
Create a new working folder for each project
Hope this Helps

Hi -- have you changed your log-on name? I had thought I had seen a number of posts from you earlier -- at least more than 2!
Anyway, you will need to explain some more as I am not sure what you are wanting to do. There are 2 possibilities: (1) do you want to create a still image from a scene in one of your video clips?; or (2) do you want to insert a still image into a video project?
Tell us exactly which one you want to do and the exact steps you are taking to carry it out. What command are you trying to use when you say you 'click still image'?
Çok teshekür ederim!

I put a video and choose better picture then i clicked Still image to save in my picture file but it is project file. I don't want prject file. I mean I want a picture to email to my friend. Am I clearly? I use VS10.

OK. Çok teşekkür for the explanation.
With your video in the timeline, move the cursor to the place where you want to save the still image. Click on the video itself to make sure that clip is highlighted. Then in the middle right of the library part of the VS10 screen, you will see a button 'Save as Still Image'. Click on that and a photo will be taken of that frame in the video clip you want to save. That photo now appears in the Library pane for 'Image'.
If you right click on that new icon in the Image library window, then select Properties, it will tell you exactly where that photo has been saved in your computer. That will, as Trevor has already said, be your Working Folder which you set in File > Preferences. Normally, unless you changed it, it will be at C:\Documents and Settings\[YourName]\My Documents\Ulead VideoStudio\10.0
I have just tested this and it worked perfectly. I have a JPEG image of my selected frame which I can move to My Pictures on my computer if I want. And of course, I can simply Attach it to an email message to send to a friend.
