Thankz all... but

Post by GKDantas »

I understand very well the use of objects, but I think that could be a button to create a new objet in the image size, but now I know how to do this by hand.
The second strange thing is the undo level yet for me, maybe my poor english is the problem here but the window that tell me about the undo level says that I reached the final level and the undo will not be saved for the next steps... but its do... and is what I expected it to do.
Well one solved and one understood!
But I will request in the forum for a button to new layer in the next version... its far more easy and quicly.

Thankz all

Every new object you create automatically becomes a new layer, why would you want to have to click another button for it?

You can switch off the warning message for undo if thats what you mean. There is a tick box to not show this warning again when it pops up.

PI is not PS so it works differently. Once you get use to the slightly different method of using layers you will not want an extra button. Effectively it creates a new layer for each object. You can put more than one thibg onto one layer by grouping or merging as a single object.

One button

Post by GKDantas »

The idea for one button is to create empty layers more quicly, just this.
I am studing PI like crazy and now I undertand better how they work, but some tasks yet make me remember PS... I hope to dont get nightmare with PS!

How much quicker would you expect to create a new layer then simply creating a new object? In PI, you don't worry about the layer business, it's automatic.
