Title color

I just want a plain red for a font color, but am unable to find it just using the color box. I have clicked the color box and chosen Ulead Color Picker. When I choose a color I get a box appearing saying "color has been changed by a filter (RGB 225 = RGB 132) or similar figures. What does all this mean and how can I get colors for the font titles in the color picker??

Any help appreciated.

Please disregard - I found the answer by searching the forum - solution by rwindeyer - Preferences/Edit/uncheck "Apply Color Preferences".
