Can't open project

I started working on a slide show project with four slide shows compiled. It opened and closed fine the several times I tried. Now it will not open even though it is in the list of project files.

I found the file in Internet Explorer and details showed it to be a 1GB file in size, so I know the project is in there. Ulead won't open it for me.

I tried a repair install but nothing changed.

Anything else I could try? Is there a way to rename or save this project?
