Can I do this?

When editing video can I do pan/zoom or is that only permitted with still images. I can't seem to find anything about it. Even in the video tutorial I've just purchased... although I've not completed it yet.

I wish there were more tutorials available for VS10+ as Ulead seem a bit skimpy with theirs.

Yes, there is a Video Pan and Zoom filter that you can use on your video footage

And to make it even easier, it is actually called, as George has said, "Video Pan and Zoom" in the filters.
